  • Create job descriptions, KPI targets.

  • Create or adjust commission structure to drive success.

  • Participate in onboarding process for new hires.

  • Assess current sales performance and refine.

  • Develop and refine sales strategies.

Market Research

  • Monitoring industry trends.

  • Provide insights on proper markets and contacts to target.

  • Assist in short- and long-term planning.
